Washington Middle School was founded in 1969, as part of the Olympia School District. Our library is run by Mrs. Mathis and Mrs. Sprague. Just drop by, they'd be happy to help!

Our Mission Statement

The mission of the library program and its teacher-librarians is to teach information literacy skills, nurture the love of reading, prepare students to meet state standards, and partner with the 21st century school community to foster lifelong learning and global citizenship.
