Practices are held immediately after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. No practices or games on Wednesdays for all sports except cross country. The Olympia School District does not provide transportation home from athletics. Students must be picked up on time.

ACADEMIC PROBATION

  • In order to maintain athletic eligibility, a student shall maintain a C- or higher in all classes. Grades will be checked weekly.
  • If a student-athlete receives any grade below a C-, regardless of the grade point average, that student-athlete is placed on academic probation for one week. The student-athlete is allowed to continue to attend and participate in practices only. He/she may not participate in athletic contests during this time. Grades will be checked again at the end of the week.

If a student continues to earn grades below a C- and/or receive discipline referrals, he/she may not be allowed to participate in athletic competition for the remainder of the season.
